Ken Kisling is a Partner at the law firm of Kisling & Nestico. Ken has been a lawyer for 25 years, graduating from Law School with honors and receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University. He has had the honor of serving on various committees and advising many organizations, including the New York State Bar Association Board of Law Examiners and the Board of Managers for Wolff Co., and currently serves on the Board for Hunter College Law School.
Ken continues to be a leader in the legal industry by teaching Continuing Legal Education programs, lecturing at other law schools, and writing articles. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Law Journal, Newsday, and The Legal Intelligencer.
Ken’s practice focuses on litigation, real estate disputes, and bankruptcy matters. Ken has worked as a consultant for the legal department of several cultural institutions, including Fordham University. He also is an Adjunct Professor at Hunter College of Successful Business Management. Ken is currently a member of the National Puerto Rican Bar Association, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a member of the New York State Bar Association, and a member of the American Bar Association.
Ken’s interpersonal skills and experience have been highlighted in articles in publications like The New York Law Journal, Newsday, and Portfolio magazine.
