Kevin Jasper, CEO of Hibu, commented, “This acquisition allows us to further expand our reach to local businesses, offering an integrated platform for digital marketing services.”

This acquisition is set to be merged with CLC Group, another H.I.G. portfolio company, to form a national property maintenance specialist. John Hayes, the CEO of Axis, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Joining forces with CLC allows us to create a contractor of scale with significant geographical and operational synergies.”

Earlier in the summer, on July 25, 2024, H.I.G. Capital invested in Ascension Property Services (APS), a property services firm based in Tennessee. APS offers mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other essential services to the commercial and industrial sectors. Jon Contos, Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital, remarked, “We see immense potential in expanding our service offerings and targeting new geographical areas.”
