Doug Haynes has vast experience serving in other companies, including Point72 Asset Management, a leading hedge fund firm in America. Haynes was also part of the team at McKinsey & Company, where he was given the responsibility of a senior partner and was responsible for the country’s Northeastern region. Mr Dough was part of the crew that established the technology sector of McKinsey. Doug also served as an engineer at GE Plastic Business Group. Later, Haynes realized he wanted to further his studies and learn more about business. He graduated with an MBA.

When Doug Haynes joined the University, he was exposed to a different environment and learned much about business. Haynes started thinking about consulting and began his journey in the consultation industry. Haynes mentioned that when he began, he did not think of what he could meet during his career in the industry. Fortunately, he met great individuals who were supportive. The start was humble, and like any other person, Dough went through the first stages of his business. He noted that he ended his services at McKinsey to put all his effort into his new position as the consulting company’s Chief Executive Officer of the consulting company. Mr Dough mentioned that he enjoys what he does because of his faith in his business. When Steve Cohen asked Dough to join him in his business, Dough called it faith. He did not imagine himself running a business then, but he managed.

Dough loves what he does; he mentioned consulting is part of his life and passion; that is what he did when he was working for McKinsey. Doug is not only a business person but also an active humanitarian. He is passionate about fighting poverty.
